Tetley x BCNA “Uncomfortable Cup” Campaign

Terms and Conditions

  1. Campaign Organizers:

    1. The “Uncomfortable Cup” Campaign (“Campaign”) is administered and conducted by Tata Consumer Products Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 47 003 450 922) (“Tetley”) in partnership with Breast Cancer Network Australia (ACN: 087 937 531) (“BCNA”).
  2. Campaign Period:

    1. The Campaign shall commence at 12:00 AM AEST on 1 August 2025 and conclude at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 July 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
  3. Territory:

    1. The Campaign is open and valid only within the Commonwealth of Australia.
  4. Participating Products:

    1. The product subject to this Campaign is the Tetley Teacup Bag 100s pack (The pink pack) bearing the BCNA logo and pink mug illustration on the packaging.
    2. Tetley Teacup Bag 100s pack will be available at major retail outlets (“Participating Retailers”).
  5. Fundraising Mechanism:

    1. For each Tetley Teacup Bag 100s pack purchased from a Participating Retailer during the Campaign Period, Tetley shall donate five cents ($0.05 AUD) to BCNA.
    2. Additional voluntary donations to BCNA may be made via QR codes displayed on campaign materials or via the online donation portal at [https://www.bcna.org.au/]
  6. Calculation and Remittance of Donations:

    1. The total donation amount will be calculated based on actual sales figures of Tetley Teacup Bag 100s pack as provided by Tetley.
    2. All such respective fund as mentioned in contract signed between BCNA and Tetley will be remitted directly to BCNA following the conclusion of the Campaign Period.
  7. Use of Funds

    1. BCNA will use the Contribution paid by the Partner to support individuals directly affected by a breast cancer diagnosis, including but not limited to, directing any part of the Contribution to BCNA's helpline, online network, and web resource reviews and development

  9. Privacy:

    1. Any personal information collected as part of this Campaign will be handled in accordance with Tetley’s Privacy Policy and BCNA’s Privacy Policy, as applicable.
  10. Intellectual Property:

    1. All intellectual property, branding, designs, trademarks, logos, images and campaign materials (“Campaign IP”) remain the property of Tetley, BCNA or their respective owners.
    2. No participant or third party may use, reproduce or distribute any Campaign IP without the express prior written consent of the relevant rights holder
  11. Governing Law:

    1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
