6 Tetley Peppermint with a Twist of Lemongrass tea bags
6 cups boiling water
2 cups clear apple juice
1/3 cup castor sugar
1 cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
2 cups cold soda water
1 orange, sliced
1 lime, sliced
1 green apple, cut into small cubes
1 cup strawberries, cut into quarters
Bring water to boil in a saucepan
Add tea bags and sugar.
Steep covered for 15 minutes.
Squeeze out the tea bags to release as much liquid as possible. Discard tea bags.
Stir in apple juice, lemon juice and orange juice. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate covered until chilled.
Add all fruit.
Chill further 1 hour to 24 hours. (the fruit stays fresh)
Add soda water just before serving.
Pour into glasses half filled with ice.
