- This promotion is only open to Australian residents who are aged 18 years and older. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this gifting are ineligible.
- Each month a Tetley follower will be chosen to receive a gift as a reward for following and engaging with the @tetleyaustralian Instagram or Facebook page. The recipient of this gift will be chosen at SC F06 L1, 8 Star Crescent, Docklands, VIC 3008 on the 1st day of each month. The recipient will receive a private message that they have been chosen as the Tetley tea-lover of the month. The decision is at the discretion of the judges and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The most engaged Tetley follower, as decided by the promoter at its discretion, will be gifted (1) Tetley Tea Hamper which includes 6 boxes, sent out in one batch, to the maximum value of $40. The gifting recipient will be chosen at the discretion of the judges and will be based on engagement merit and relevance to the Surprise & Delight Monthly Gifting Promotion.
- There will be one (1) gifting recipient in total each month. The gifting recipient will receive one (1) Tetley Tea Hamper to the maximum value of $40. The promotion will end at 11:59PM on 31/07/2021 AEST.
- The total gift value is up to AUD $40.00 RRP incl. GST. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the gifting value. Any unused portion of a gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- In the event that a gift, or an element of a gift, is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
- Any costs associated with accessing the Tetley Australia Instagram page or Facebook Page is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any gift that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
- The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the gifting. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the gifting. By accepting the gift, unless otherwise advised, allows the Promoter to use this information, in any media for the purpose for public announcements If they are a recipient without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the recipient, including sending the recipient electronic messages. - The Promoter reserves the right to request recipients to provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated gifting delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
